Panterra is a Panama based real estate and investment boutique focusing in reviving and developing Casco Viejo, the historic city of Panama City. With over 10 years of experience in Panama, the company’s managing partners gained intimate know-how on the Panamaian real estate market, its institutions and bureaucracy (municipality, government, UNESCO etc). Panterra specializes in finding below-market price deals and controlling all the project stages in-house to ensure top quality projects.

Panterra offers several investment channels, customized to our partners’ requirements, while maintaining high transparency levels and reporting.

The company is highly involved also in the human heritage & development of Panama in general and Casco Viejo in particular through multiple educational ventures and social activities.
